Semeion Dispatcher is the Semeion agent in charge of document distribution towards external systems. Semeion Dispatcher manages document output channels, either in paper or electronic form.
Main functions
Sorting flows and intelligent display of delivery actions for pending documents
Intelligent print spooler (connection to Windows Spooler or LPR / LPD spool) with pre-selection of eligible printers (and, depending on their status, SNMP protocol) according to the job attributes, management of reprints
Connection to the file system for the recovery of documents and submission to the Semeion process flows
Connection to external systems:
eBilling service suppliers (Meninx is PayNet and PostFinance certified in Switzerland)
Archiving (connectors available towards Semeion Archive, Therefore, SharePoint, Documentum)
Email servers, FTP servers, SMS and MMS servers, websites
Other connectors are available on request (specific developments)
Indexation of each delivery in the database and in Semeion Analytics for the quantitative and qualitative reconciliation of flows
